Greta Burroughs (gretab) Adopt an Indie is looking for authors/readers to sign up for February. Join in the fun, read some great books and maybe even win a prize.

Authors sign up and readers "adopt" one of the many books to choose from. The readers have a chance to interview/question the author and review the book if he/she wants.

There will be blogs, discussions/forums and a chance to win prizes. Tell them I (Greta Burroughs) referred you....

Greta Burroughs (gretab) It is fun, R.E.! I participated in AAI during November and my book was adopted. The reader sent me a bunch of questions that I never thought about and it took quite a while to answer them.
There were a number of blogs written by/for authors and readers alike with some great information. We are talking about having genre pages where authors/readers can interact this time around.
Authors need to sign up ASAP so that the books can be ready for the readers to start browsing. There is a small charge to list your books to help cover some of the expenses (prizes, gift cards, etc), $5 for 2 books, $10 for up to 5 books.
I'd appreciate it if you would list my name as "referred by". I want to win an Amazon gift card!!!

Greta Burroughs (gretab) Ginney, I am not much of a tweeter either, just started tweeting. I was in AAI in November and just posted stuff on Facebook and other forums. If you are concerned about this, email Donna Brown, the head honcho. [email protected]
or check out the AAI: Advice and Information page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/22...

Hope everyone will join in the event, either as a reader or author. It is really a lot of fun and informative.
