I actually got the PDF months ago from Scott's blog (http://writegoodordie.blogspot.com/) - I don't think I'll bother with the Kindle version! ;-)
But it's a good book, so I recommend it too!

I went ahead and grabbed it for my Kindle. It's something I'd really like to have. I might actually write a story sometime! :D

This book is available to Canadians through the Kindle store, though.
