Just finished The Fifth Sister, A Paranormal Romance - Z.L. Arkadie. Now I am about to start Enchantment - Charlotte Abel.

. Lolita recommended it. Knew I love Jane Yellowrock, and Gin is a really close second. A strong, lethal heroine and a solid plot. Really good.
I've finished Enchantment - Charlotte Abel. Now I think I will read This Devil's Dice - Jackson Spence.
Decided to have a bit of fun reading Fifty Shades of Garbage - Allie Beck. See if this is any fun lol xThere she sat, the coffee cup half full and likely cold, gripping that damn book again. Joe had come home from work for three days in a row now this week to find Marcia sitting on the couch, legs curled under her, the dim light of the end table lamp casting a glow on her enthralled form, reading a book with a necktie on it.
Finished Fifty Shades of Garbage - Allie Beck. In my opinion, was funny when you saw some parts like Fifty Shades of Grey but, near the end was boring.

Couldn't get into This Devil's Dice - Jackson Spence. So I decided to read my dad's friend's 2 books which are Three's Company & Mid Life Crisis - William Mwendwa.
Over the past couple of days I have read and finished Mid Life Crisis - William Mwendwa and Three's Company - William Mwendwa. Now I am reading Taken - Charlotte Abel.

While on vacation, I finished the most recent Julia Spencer Fleming mystery. The whole series is great.
Spencer-Fleming is my friend's favorite author, (besides Elizabeth George), and she was doing a book signing in Michigan, so we drove the two hours and got to see her. She's a wonderful, gracious speaker with a lovely sense of humor.

I'm reading The shadow of the Wind by Ruis Zafon. Interesting mystery; on par with Eco's The Name of the Rose.
I just finished reading a very different novel - The Second Choice. The setting is an urban middle class family in India and it deals with the complexities of remarriage. It is authored by a GoodReads author, Lakshmi MenonHelp, how do I load the photograph of the book cover here with the link? Anyway, my blog review is here

Hmm, hit "reply" for SaraJane. Not sure where that went, but noticed she was reading a lot of books that were the first for their series. Hope they're all good and you find new authors with new series you love.

No not so much lots of us read very fast and a lot, I've read 3, 300 page or so books since friday but then I didnt work friday and was home half the day.

Yikes! I just finished Magic Burns and was proud of myself.
I'm reading Fifty shades darker. About half-way there. Getting kinda boring. Always was very predictable. But I'm the kind of person who has to finish something before moving on to better books. And it's kinda killing me since I have and awesome TBR list. :P

. I've read a lot of bad reviews of the book, but I have to say that I'm enjoying it. I can't even say how many times I have laughed out loud. Does the story have a thickened plot with lots of action?No, but I like to read for entertainment as well as story line. I must say I have certainly been entertained!
I'm reading Playing the Enemy: Nelson Mandela and the Game That Made a Nation by John Carlin and finding it to be a wonderful, facinating read. A look into racism and the end of Apartied, but more importantly, the begining of a healing nation.
