Constance (Lieber) | 54 comments I love your list. I think I am going to add this one:
Papua New Guinea Four Corners: A Journey into the Heart of Papua New Guinea
Papua New Guinea has always seemed so very far away, in miles and in culture. So now I'll have 53! As my son says: It's all good.

Jenny (Reading Envy) (readingenvy) | 1309 comments Making the list was a fun part for me too! I've added all your picks to the master lists.

Constance,
Thanks, must admit I got Papua New Guinea book from another list. Let me know when you are reading it. I love traveling and learning about other cultures and have limited vacation time and finances, so fun to do it by reading. I ordered My Little Round House, I know that is one I will want to keep. SO glad I found it on your list.

Constance (Lieber) | 54 comments Will do! And let me know when you are going to read Papua New Guinea or My Little Round House. This challenge is exciting largely because I almost never read literature written from a different point of view (except Germany and Poland). A very good thing to stretch my boundaries this way.

Yes, It is so good to stretch our boundaries and see things from another perspective. I am reading my first book for the challenge, Angela's Ashes (just because I already have the book- another one of many that I have never read). I see it is on your list, too. It is good, but heart wrenching and yet the human spirit amazing.
