Patricia (pmskelly) | 1 comments I am trying to find the book series with 2 detective (or police officers) try to outdo each other with using either lines from movies or songs in their regular conversation. Vague, I know, but all I've got to go on. Thanks!

HJ I recommend that you change the title of your thread to include e.g. "police officers competing with use of lines from movies or songs in conversation".

You'll catch the eye of people who scan the titles of threads and don't have the time (or often the inclination) to open threads which have uninformative titles, and so be more likely to find someone who knows which book(s) you mean.
