I belong to a group that tracks how many books you read. Its found at http://www.goodreads.com/group/show/2... . You set your own number of books that you want to read and keep track for yourself. I read 321 books last year, and was someone miffed at myself, since I normally read more than that, but my Mum and husband were both having health issues, so there were entire stretches of time that ran to days or weeks where I wasn't able to even pick up a book. I'm hoping to do better this year. :o)

Wow!! I think 321 books is a huge number. I read 106 books last year and thought that was a great effort

OH MY WORD that is a lot of books in one year!

No kidding! I read about 59 books last year, and am aiming for at least 70 this one. I don't know if I'll make it, though. I belong to that group as well, but sometimes I find that I waste so much times on the boards that I neglect my reading, lol.

Congrats to all who read. It's my only escape from the family crazyness. I read 206 for 2011. Goal for 2012 is 220. I love goodreads. It has put me in touch with a lot of great people. To be able to share with other people our joy of reading is awsome.

Wow, 206 I have been an activity reader since 2008 and read 119 for last year and mostly all I do is work and read so I wonder I must be a slow reader or you all don't have jobs as how you read so many books. LOL!! :-)

Here I was so proud of reading 60.
In my defense, most of my books are huge 800-1000 pg tomes.
