Patricia (pdtempleton) | 5 comments True crime has always been super interesting to me, I catch all the shows I possibly can, I have multiple books on TC, and I have read plenty Ann Rule books. I am looking for different TC authors that are "just as good" as her, recommendations needed! Please and thank you!

I have been reading true crime forever.
I really like Gregg Olsen,Diane fanning and Kathryn Casey.
I just finished a buck " just an ordinary girl" that I thought was very good.

Jennifer (jennifer77) | 6 comments I recommend Joe Mcginniss who wrote fatal vision and never enough, both great books. I myself am a Ann rule fan, and very picky with my true crime books. I hope this helps.

Jennifer (jennifer77) | 6 comments Yes, Small Sacrifices is one of my favorites as well. I am reading Ann Rules new book now, it is different than her usual writing style.

Roxanne (roxanne64) | 7 comments Do you like it Jennifer? I have thought about getting it.
The best ever TC author ever in my opinion is Jack Olsen.

Jennifer (jennifer77) | 6 comments I have never read Jack Olsen, I will have to check him out. The A.R. Book is pretty good so far, it is different than I expected. I will keep you updated :)

Beth | 15 comments I'd definitely recommend John Douglas, although his books are more 'anthology' style, that is to say he doesn't do a whole book about one case but takes us through many cases from a profiler's viewpoint. I love his books
