I am a huge fan of Vampire Diaries, and now I'm getting into Secret Circle, which started to me, a little slow, and confusing, as if it was being forced...(acting, action, and subject matter)
But when Jake Armstrong was brought into the show, in my opinion, the show became more interesting.

The acting, or I supposed the conflict between Cassie and Jake, the budding romance, and the addition to Cassie's power, hinting that she may have a little bad in her, not squeaky clean as she appeared, due to her dad's bloodline.

Yep, it became alot more interesting and the season ending was incredible, kept me on the edge of my seat, frustrated for more, wondering, okay what's going to happen to Jake and Cassie now?

I almost gave up on this show, but then Jake came and I was like: oooh, finally something interesting to watch. I like the idea of Cassie with Jake a lot more because the whole she's destined to be with Adam thing annoys me to no end. But I still don't like that Jake fell for her so fast.

Oh, and I can't wait for the next ep because it looks like there will be more Jake since in the last two eps he was just there in the end for a second. I also like that guy with Faye, can't remember his name though. :)

I just love Thomas Dekker, :P

I love him too, but not as Adam lol I don't know why. Must be the character, or his hair. XD

I loved him as Zach on Heros. Got so sad when he quit.

I think that the character of Faye also adds to the show. The whole history with Jake, and the conflict with Cassie; also, I like how they are beginning to hint at (not sure if anyone else caught it), they're hinting that Faye has powers, or will have powers, that are similar to Cassie's?(not as strong...I could be wrong about all of this....) but it seems as if the writers are hinting that maybe Faye and Cassie have the same lineage through Cassie's Dad? (In last episode, that..."there is another...") statement, sorry can't remember who exactly said it, but I remember it being said.

Anyway, looking forward to the new season

I really have never seen the actor playing Adam in anything, but I do believe that the character Adam has potential, and (just my opinion...) I'm not really feeling the hair either....

I love this show, though it's a bit different from the books I really love who they picked to be the characters. The new season sure has started off with an exciting two episodes huh?

I haven't seen them yet! But I have them recorded! I am looking forward to seeing them, will probably view them tonight!:) yay me:)

I haven't read the books yet....that I really need to do... I have read alot of the other L.J. Smith books though.

I think you'll like them! And as far as books, they were good but for some reason I'm really liking the show better, LoL.

and I've read L.J. Smith's vampire diaries up to a certain point, after the 3rd or 4th book I stopped reading them...

The Vampire Diaries books were good:) But I really enjoy seeing the characters and watching the show. My fav's in that show is Caroline. She is always so positive, and helpful, even after experiencing so much pain and betrayal and cruel treatment at times.

And, my other? Damon! Love Damon:)

But yep, I believe I will like the secret circle books:)

I still can't decide should I read the books or not. They are on my tbr pile, but I'm afraid I'll only get frustrated like I did with the new Vampire Diaries books.

I didn't like the triangle between Adam, Cassie and Diana..

No, that only irritated me, and it seemed as if it did the writers as well. It seemed to be carried out halfheartedly;appearing to me as if the writers felt there SHOULD be a triangle:)
Although, now it's one between Jake, Cassie and Faye(which for some reason, seems stronger) and I like that Cassie is appearing stronger as well...not so, I don't know...seems being a little bad, works for her:)

I still love Adam, and I bet it's because of Thomas :p

I loved this episode! Probably because there was a lot of Jake ahaha he and Cassie look so good together. Poor Jake. He had to see all that. I just wanted to hug him. lol And really, I just think Adam looks better with Diana. I also like that guy, Lee, I think is his name. Oh, and whose bones were those in the end? Some kind of an animal? They just looked so ridiculous lol

I think Cassie should be with Adam. I don't know maybe its because his dad keeps saying that they're meant to be but i think they belong together and Diana and Jake should be together.

Not too keen on this show, only watch it if there is nothing else on or I have nothing to do.

For the most part, I'm liking the Secret Circle so far:) I like Adam better, by the way.

The show is growing on me.

I loved the last ep! It was awesome! Except, of course, I wanted to hit Cassie in the head with something for immediately telling things to people and trusting them. I like dark Cassie so much better. She should be like that all the time.
