Staisha (robertst) | 52 comments 1. Two for the Dough (Stephanie Plum, #2) by Janet Evanovich 4/5
2. Three to Get Deadly (Stephanie Plum, #3) by Janet Evanovich 5/5
3. Alone (Detective D.D. Warren, #1) by Lisa Gardner 2/5
4. The Neighbor (Detective D.D. Warren, #3) by Lisa Gardner 3/5
5. Four to Score (Stephanie Plum #4) by Janet Evanovich 4/5
6. The Help by Kathryn Stockett 4/5
7. Between by Cyndi Tefft 1/5 (horrid)
8. Storm Front (The Dresden Files, #1) by Jim Butcher 5/5 (new series I'm going to start :) )
9. High Five (Stephanie Plum, #5) by Janet Evanovich 4/5
10. Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices, #2) by Cassandra Clare 4/5 I love these books, but they are so reminiscent of the Mortal Instruments series in plot line.
11. Blue Dahlia (In The Garden, #1) by Nora Roberts 3/5 I really enjoyed reading this, but I just felt like it started slow compared to the end? But it is a trilogy....
12. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (Millennium, #1) by Stieg Larsson 5/5 This was kind of a hard read at the beginning. I'm use to my chick lit for the last 2 months and haven't had to read anything to mentally challenging :) I loved the story line and had no idea what was happening, I'm ready to start the next one.
13. Seven Up (Stephanie Plum, #7) by Janet Evanovich 3/5 I think i need a break from these for a while :/
14. Blood and Bullets (Deacon Chalk, #1) by James R. Tuck 4/5 Interesting story line. Different view on vamps, but not to the point of sparkles XD
15. Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë 3/5
16. The Apocalypse Gene by Suki Michelle 5/5 This was a great break from zombie (My husband is obsessed with the Walking Dead show), comet destroying the earth, and alien takeovers apocalypse.
17. Touch the Dark (Cassandra Palmer, #1) by Karen Chance 4/5 comparable to Mercy Thompson Series, but just not as bad ass :)
18. The Ice Princess (Patrik Hedström, #1) by Camilla Läckberg 5/5 This was alot like Girl with the dragon tattoo in writing style. Very well written and I did not suspect the "twists" that came along :)
19. Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (Miss Peregrine #1) by Ransom Riggs 4/5 This was a YA book. The storyline wasn't what I expected at all, though I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pictures were an added bonus (I love old old bizarre photography)
20. Black Rose (In The Garden, #2) by Nora Roberts 5/5 This was the second book to Blue Dahlia. The story started out at a much better pace and was alot easier to to get into.
21. Red Lily (In The Garden, #3) by Nora Roberts 4/5 I loved how each book was a different character, but I feel it was to much of a they got married and lived happily ever after for all 3 women.
22. O Pioneers! by Willa Cather 3/5 I had high expectations because I loved My Antonia! Unfortunately the story line was really jumpy.
23. The Mystic Wolves (Mystic Wolves, #1) by Belinda Boring 4/5
24. Fool Moon (The Dresden Files #2) by Jim Butcher 4/5
25. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern 3/5 Still not sure if i liked this or not?
26. Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck 5/5
27. Fire (Graceling Realm, #2) by Kristin Cashore 4/5 I did have an issue with a really random break off the main story with a random character which i wish had more influence on the story line.
28. Night Myst (Indigo Court, #1) by Yasmine Galenorn 5/5 I found my new Mercy Thompsonesque plot line!
29. Looking for Alaska by John Green 5/5 Great YA book about dealing with friendship and suicide of great friends
30. The Selkie Spell by Sophie Moss 3/5
31. Hard Eight (Stephanie Plum, #8) by Janet Evanovich 4/5
32. Fallen (Fallen, #1) by Lauren Kate 4/5 really slow start, but a great ending
33. Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #1) by Laini Taylor 5/5
34. A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare 5/5 I loved this play and how much i could relate it to my own life. There is so much we can learn from Shakespeare.
35. Torment (Fallen, #2) by Lauren Kate 5/5
36. Macbeth by William Shakespeare 3/5
37. The Wednesday Wars by Gary D. Schmidt 5/5
38. Cinder (Lunar Chronicles, #1) by Marissa Meyer 5/5
39. Visions of Sugar Plums (Stephanie Plum, #8.5) by Janet Evanovich 2/5 for a short story, there wasn't much story development character development, humour, anything. The only reason I understood who Diesel was, was because the other series Evanovich has started writing with starring him.
40. Hamlet 4/5
41. I am Number Four 5/5
42. The Outsiders 5/5
43. Fahrenheit 451 5/5

47. To the Nines (Stephanie Plum, #9) by Janet Evanovich 3/5

50. Magic Bites 4/5
51. Unearthly (Unearthly, #1) by Cynthia Hand 3/5
52. The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini 5/5 Excellent perception into the life of a Afgani refugee

54l. A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini 4/5

I absolutely love them! My husband thinks I'm crazy because I'll just start laughing out loud randomly. I do not recommend thte Lisa Gardner books though; they have a good story line, but they aren't well written.

Tatum | 459 comments You're off to a great start Staisha! I've read and enjoyed a couple of the Stephanie Plum series, but out of order. Recently I found the whole series at a church sale so I am intending to read them in order now!

Staisha (robertst) | 52 comments Tatum, I'm loving them, but I just get worried that the stories will start to just be repetitive (there are 18, so far!) But I love her humor. The Dresden files kinda have the same humor, but its a different plot so hopefully that will help?

Tatum | 459 comments Great work so far! Taking note of the Dresden Files books, they look really promising :)

Staisha, I absolutely adore the Dresden files books. Well, actually, I just adore anything by Jim Butcher. He has two series that I read - the Dresden files and the Codex Alera. If you like fantasy, you should try those.
