"New Adult" Reading Challenge discussion

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd start a thread for reviews of New Adult books. If you've posted a review for the challenge on your blog or other site that you'd like to link to, please do so here! I'll also post a spot to link up your reviews on my blog at the end of each month.

Hopefully this way everyone will get an idea of what books other participants are reading for the challenge :)

really some of my fave reads of all time!!!!!

I would just like to let people know, if you shy away from the Fifty Shades books due to the BDSM and graphic sexual encounters please don't! I mean, yes, it goes pretty far, but it is VERY well done and makes you faint in the knees! Just thought I would put that out there! The books are amazing due to the relationship between the two characters. [:

Daughter of Smoke and Bone is NA?

I haven't read Daughter of Smoke and Bone yet, so I'm not sure about this. It looks like she's 17 (approaching 18?) and she attends art school in Prague. I don't know how much time the story spans, either - whether she turns 18 over the course of the book or not. I suppose it depends a bit on how NA is defined, too – some classify it more according to age, others more according to themes. Can anyone else comment on DoSaB?

My review of Tam Lin. (It was a DNF. 140 pages of people talking about literature was all I could take.)
