This is about "A Lifetime's Reading" by Philip Ward in the Hardcover edition. ISBN 0812829387 (ISBN13: 9780812829389)

It doesn't have a cover image and I can't find the correct cover image online anywhere in search engines. If I take a picture of it and upload it can it be added to the edition here?

You need to upload, and then link to it. You can temporarily add it on the more photos page on your profile, and someone can snag it from there.
