What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

Can't remember the name of book, so I'm slowly going insane. It's about two or three guys loving and living with one girl. I remember that they buy her a custom one of a kind necklace. Out in a restaurant the girl gets confronted by a nosy old lady in town and then befriended by the girls sitting at the next table. Another time the girl gets attacked in the restroom because she must be easy due to her relationship with the guys. I do know they bought her more jewelry from local artist (pink saphires). I really like this book. HELP PLEASE.

Wow this book sounds spectacular!!! I want to read. Do you have any idea when it was published? How long ago did you read it? I will try to help find it, I am sometimes lucky with book searches as I am very tenacious.

Ok this is a long shot that I got from a Google search. "Thirsty Love" it seems to be some sort of manga or anime type thing. But it's about a girl who is dating three guys at the same time.
