I have a question: How do you nominate a book? on what basis? and can any one suggest books?
thanks :)

Anyone can suggest books. You just put which book you think we should read as a group here in this thread. At the end of the month the top 6 or 8 books (the ones with the most votes here) will be put into a poll and voted on by everyone.

I am nominating The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater. I just bought it and have heard really good things about it. I really want a book to be the BOTM that I haven't read yet so I can experience it with everyone else. (I think Divergent might win for February and I loved that book but read it just a few months ago)
I second
. Good choice Marisol! I bought it a couple of months ago because I heard it was good and haven't read it yet :)

I loved The City of Bones. I was drawn to them actually because all of the covers of the hardback books were shiny. I know that sounds silly but I kept feeling myself drawn to the cover art. I never read the blurb for the book, just bought City of Bones on a whim and it was a really really great book. I loved it so much I went and bought the rest of the series: City of Ashes, City of Glass. City of Fallen Angels, City of Lost Souls and City of Heavenly Fire. Defiantly a good pick however..
I really want The Scorpio Races. I have it on my coffee table and I keep reading one or two lines at a time of the Prologue. I don't know if I can wait much longer. :)

I nominate

In the top right corner of the page there's a link called "bookshelf." That has all of the past books we've read as a group :)

Please leave no more than two books suggestions. One book can be any genre, the other should have something to do with Fae or Faries - in honor of St. Patrick's Day (leprechauns) :D
If you agree with someone else's selection just say I second this selection and then link the book name.
If nominating a book in a series, only nominate the 1st book in the series (unless we've already group read the 1st book).
Voting poll will be put up at the end of February.
Thanks!!
