Michael Fuery | 3 comments I've not long been with Goodreads' authors and have had real trouble trying to create the book links to my .epub (on the iBookstore - the Amazon listing seemed to set up OK in the beginning) and my paperback using the prompts on the setup page. The links don't work and return a 404 error. All I really want is something that will point to my URL; a search capacity would be good but do I have to change something at my website to make searching from Goodreads work? Thanks in anticipation.

Paula (paulaan) | 332 comments You have one edition which is the Kindle edition. This links fine to Amazon since it has an ASIN it will only look up correctly on amazon.

Links to other suppliers are not possible. Each user can customize the buy links on the book page. If the book exists on Amazon or Barnes and Noble the ISBN search may work but with the changes that have happen recently it is likely that the Amazon links may also be customizable by users

You can add a link to your website in the URL field on the book edit page - but this field is not for linking to book sellers.
