I usually can't stand them, but I have 2 or 3 exceptions such as Will-Tessa-Jem from Clockwork Prince

HAHAHA i just finished it today. Team Will or Team Jem for you?
For me,in Clockwork Angel, I hated Will and loved Jem. No contest.
In Clockwork Prince, I started to like Will. Then I grew to like him even more, and Jem a little less. So yeah. I'm Team Will now, but by a small margin. Totally pissed about what Jem said and did to Tessa though >:O

I've been Team Will since Clockwork Angel, even if I didn't enjoy the book, I knew I would like Will. And when he showed up asking Magnus for help. I was totally sold on him.

I love a good love triangle! My favorite is Edward/Jacob. I love the way they interact and their banter.

I am by the way 100% team Edward...just saying :)

I'm actually a sucker for love triangles. OTL I know, I totally hate them when I'm reading about them, especially if I know that my favorite pairing won't end up canon (Harry/Hermione anybody?), but I can't help but love all the tension.

I always knew Dramione was impossible, I don't hate Jem, I just like Will better. In all truth I didn't see anything spark between Tessa and Jem on Clockwork Angel. But, I knew I would love Will, especially after Magnus came in. A Will/Magnus/Alec triangle could also be fun.

I think Tessa and Jem have a spark but I don't think it is like the flame she has with will. I think she loves Jem for who he is and could see a future with him but on the other hand she has this great passion and chemistry with Will. I am really hoping she doesn't break Jem's heart.

That's the thing, I didn't feel like Jem and Tessa had a spark AT ALL. Besides Jem's little, "Oh, Tessa's pretty, isn't she, Will?" there was nothing there. And then in CP they're all over each other and Will just alriuwnrknhseykvrh.

I knew I couldn't be the only one who felt that way! It was probably why I didn't enjoy it. I am glad I read CP because i was a lot better.

Okay well, I only wish instant death upon Jem when he's hitting on Tessa. If he were just to continue on his merry, lonely way, I wouldn't have a problem with him. (;

I really wanted him to realize Sophie existed as a girl, but then I think she found better. And Jem, will die eventually, which is bad, because that is the reason he gets away with as much.

Seriously. Curses, Gabriel for being so fabulous. I seriously wanted Jem and Sophie to be together, and then Gabriel waltzed in and was like, "OHOHO, I'M THE EPITOME OF CHILVALRY AND AWESOMENESS." I'd pick Gabriel over Jem. <3

I know what you mean, I was all for Sophie and Jem, and then Gabriel Lightwood changed my mind.

I can see the spark in Clockwork Prince, it was very present, but I didn't see it at all on Clockwork Angel. So I was a bit off by the hints at a love triangle because I never saw sign of it on book 1.

So this is the topic where someone is plotting Jemmy's death? :O I am shocked and I will save him!
I'm not big on love triangles either but the Peeta/Katniss/Gale one wasn't too bad. Of course I don't guess Katniss and Gale really got anywhere near together, I can't remember actually. :(

Okay, the thing about the TID love triangle that makes me despise it less than love triangles usually do is that in this one, the "competing" guys don't hate each other's guts. I mean, Will and Jem are best friends--blood brothers--and you don't have that same awful, "*fume fume I hate you very much" drama you get with most. (CoughJacobandEdwardcough.) They actually care about each other, and that's what kills me. :[
Same with Harry and Ron over Hermione, but we'll leave that to me and the H/Hr fandom, OTL.

Good point, it's worse when the two are friends and close like Will and Jem. :(

I didn't like christian very much in unearthly but he grew into me in hallowed. i mean you get to see whole new side of him that you didn't see in unearthly. the problem is i love them both and ican't choose one of them because they are both great. weelll if clara chooses tucker them i'll stay with christian and if i'ts the other way around i'll stay with tucker!!

I really want to get Hallowed, I loved Unearthly amd everyone keeps saying Hallowed was even better.I am Team Chritian, just because he and Clara have so much in common. Like the angel stuff.

I actually think that a love triangle makes an exciting read! One of my recent favorites is from "Chasing Romeo" by A.J. Byrd.

Scout/Alex/Charlie in Destiny Binds and Time Mends. I don't think many people have read these books and I recommend you do! They are only 99 cents for Kindle.

I am not a fan of love triangles but this one was done much better than most.

I have a few. My favourite is katniss/peeta/gale. I also love cam/daniel/luce and i don't know if it counts but adrian/rose/dimitri.
don't even talk about edward/jacob/bella that has nothing on katniss/peeta/gale.

I was on the fence between Jem and Will up until near the end of Clockwork Prince. When Will told Tessa how much he loved her I was on Will's side from there on.

1st would be... Peeta/Katniss/Gale. I know its quite clear between this 3 who was going to end up with whom but I still enjoy it alot. team Peeta all the way.

2nd would be... Will/Tessa/Jem. What I like about this triangle is that its unpredictable. Not like twilight, not like THG. slow developmnt in the 1st book but the 2nd book was great. Tho sometimes I cant quite understand why Tessa act the way she did. why still think about Will when she was engaged with Jem?

3rd... Isabella/Simon/Mia... I know this isnt really the main love triangle in TMI but I just love em..
