Wow! I guess you guys like ... Catching Fire (The Hunger Games, #2) by Suzanne Collins and Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, #3) by Suzanne Collins I do mean to read the rest of the series - honest - but might take a break till the holidays as I suspect I'll need to read each HG book in one sitting!...and ...the Carnegie shortlist is out this week

message 279: by [deleted user] (new)

^Mockingjay is my favorite out of the series. It used to be my least favorite, but rereading it now and it's definitely my favorite. So you should definitely read the rest of the Hunger Games series, Anna-- they are amazing!

Delaney The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

a brutal time but a slow read that hasn't lost my interest

message 283: by Shae (new)

Shae (shaelit) Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver . It's contemporary and about teenagers doing really stupid things that drive me nuts, but I keep hearing that it's "sooooooo good!", so I'm giving it a try in hopes that it'll capture a little Groundhog Day spark.

Jennise | 15 comments Mary wrote: "I'm reading Daughter of Smoke and Bone. So far I like it."

ooohhh, that is one on my list of "to read"; I have not heard much about it so I keep putting it off.
