I did check out that website but every book I checked was in the USA and the guidelines were outside of your country...They probably had other locales but I got tired of looking. It was late. Anyway thank you both and I will check out the suggestions.

If it's a mystery outside of the US then any English mystery will do. Looking at other posts, some books listed are set in the US at vacation spots.
