Peggy | 25 comments Just finished Undead and Unfinished by MaryJanice Davidson. This book was horrible. I have read the first 8 and the first 7 were great. The eighth started going down hill and this one was the pits. There is a reason why authors stop their series at a certain point. Wish this one had.

I SOOOO agree with you on this book! I gave it 1-star only because I had to give it something. Absolutely done with the series after that one!

message 109: by Peggy (new)

Peggy | 25 comments The Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampire series was the same... The first 8 or 9 books were good, then it was down hill from there.

I still read the Sookie books and still like them, though the last one was a bit so-so. Still looking forward to Deadlocked (Sookie Stackhouse #12) by Charlaine Harris next week.

Should these all be books that we have never read before. I have one that would fit the challenge on my bookshelf that I have not read in years.

Thanks so much for that 5 star recommendation, Jane! I had to laugh that your chose the book for the "exotic locations" category. Breckenridge, CO, the setting for the book, is now my full-time home. It is indeed fun to live in a ski resort town!
