Well that stinks for him and that's a shame

Was he born with autism?

I'm not sure. We only noticed when he was 4 and he started school but the year before that his dad broke up with our mum so that might have had something to do with it.

Not anymore. He was but then he left because the teachers were horrible to all the kids

Lilac - my son has Asperger's and we noticed a change in hin when he was about 4 or 5 years old. He is 13yrs old now. He takes medication (I said I would never put him on medicine) but it does help. His is mild (high functioning). He does pretty well in school. Everyday is a struggle for him.

My mum says she won't put him on medication either but she might change her mind if he gets worse.

Well the reason i'm interest Lilac and Normie is because i work with little kids that have autism/asperger's at the riverside elementary school

I guess you know what they're like then Christine :) My brother only has a mild case though, nothing too extreme like some kids

Yeah! And those pages that have gone yellow with time, but the text were still there, and there is always a strangely pleasant smell of a timeless classic! I love putting my face on them too! It feels cool... =D I often do that with my Jane Eyre hehe :D
