In the sense of not knowing how to best write a particularly sentence... sometimes. I just write a filler in (the first words that come to my head), highlight it, and go back during the 2nd, 3rd or 4th edit runs.

Turn off the internet.
Learn to write everyday (I'm finding blog posts don't count toward my weekly goal word count).
Act out the scenes in your head.
I keep a long-hand journal of conversations with my characters.
