Which is better: Maximum Ride, Percy Jackson, or Alex Rider
I dont know who Alex Rider is but a Percy and Max fight. HOLY CRAP. That would be a heated fight that Percy, no Max, no...ummmmmm.

To me it's more entertaining. It's more my thing. I living in a fantasy world. I've always wanted to be able to fly, and have wings, so it's TOTALLY my fantasy come to life kind of thing! :D

Maximum Ride is the best!!!!!!! Percy Jackson was good, but some things in it bothered me. I have never read Alex rider.
Alex Rider. Maximum ride started good, but i wanted to drown it in a lake after book 6. Percy Jackson, looking back, is still amazing...shoot. I don't have anything bad to say about Percy, which puts it even with Alex. Sorry Max...either way, you lose in my book...

I've read and liked all three, but the best by far is Percy Jackson.
I can't believe you're putting Maximum Ride in the same category as Percy Jackson and Alex Rider.

I think Maximum Ride is better. I love reading these books. I can actually like see the fight scenes. I also like the love story between Max and Fang. Then Dylan comes along and Fang leaves. They are just great books. I can never get enough
Between Percy Jackson and Maximum Ride. Alex Rider isn't really that good. I think maybe Percy Jackson is the best. Maximum Ride is definetly second though.
In my opinion Percy Jackson is more consistent throughout the book in comparison to Maximum Ride. The first three Max Ride books are by far the best but I prefer how Riordan has created a series that really ingrains Greek mythology.
I am currently reading maximum ride, and I haven't even touched the Percy Jackson books in forever. Never read Alex rider. My answer is max
I cannot choose AT ALL! All of those books are soooo good in their own way. I love Max, Percy, and Alex!!! It is wayyy too hard to choose.

This is a really hard question to answer.... I've read all of those books... but with every series I had a hard time finishing, in fact the only series I did finish was Percy Jackson... but i don't remember much. I like them all equally! But I think this will be my order

3.Maximum Ride (Max is #3 because this series is the only series in the list that I actually HATED the later books, the other ones just got boring, while Max became stupid...don't get me wrong, I absolutely looooovvvveeeeddd the first 3 books! but from 4 on, i hated...)

Percy Jackson! I liked Maximum Ride a lot, but from the fourth book and up, I felt as though the series completely lost its theme and whatever. It moved from being about staying alive and whatnot to Fang and Max or Max and Dylan. A love triangle and I felt that was just plain stupid. I was honestly disgusted with the turnabout. I don't know what kept me reading. Anyhow, I read Angel and then I completely lost it. It was pathetic. Ok, I'm ranting so I'm just going to get to the point here. Percy Jackson all the way! I love that series forever!
Not sure if you mean the series or the characters themselves... and better for what.... but as a children's librarian, if I had to recommend only one of these series, it would by far be Riordan's books for almost all readers.

MAXIMUM RIDE and do read WHEN THE WIND BLOWS by James Patterson too.. I know he says Maximum ride has nothing to do with this series but I read when the wind blows when it came out around 2001? and it was the beginning of this series in my opinion or at least he took direction from this book to start MAX! Read WWTB If you have not you will love it.. KD
I'm tied between Percy and Max..... I love their sense of humor. Max is kick-butt, and I love the whole thing against adults. But Percy fights with a sword/pen hybrid. Like the whole 'the pen is mightier than the sword' thing. And the chapter titles are hilarious.
Percy Jackson.I love Greek Mythology and thought it was really funny and loved how the author weaved greek myths into everyday things.Maximum Ride is ok and Alex Rider I have never read.

MAXIMUM RIDE!!!! Yes, I know what people are saying about the whole 'Max/Fang/Maya/Dylan' love thing, but I just like to think that it was sort of necessary, I mean, Max and Fang are getting older, hence hormones, hence theres bound to be stuff happening.
I absulutely love all of these...though different feelings arise as the series' move up in numbers. I liked #1-#3 of Maximum ride. After that I lost interest though I still read the rest. So it's not my favorite. Percy Jackson is probably my favorite of the three though I'm kind of sad because I really did actually like Alex Rider. I was surprised too. It was just a lot of fun. But Percy Jackson is the best in my opinion. :)

Easily Percy Jackson! I love Maximum Ride, but Rick Riordan has never let me down, ever. James Patterson, however. . . well he has, in many ways. The Max series may be hilarious, and have great characters, but the plots are always all over the place and are so redundant. And don't get me started on the whole Dylan and Maya situation. Anyway, I love the Percy Jackson series in every way!
