I sent out a broadcast message and just wanted to let everyone know I forgot to add one of my mods name and feel horrible. so the message is from Tana, Midu, Nikki, Gin and Terri. So sorry.

I'd like to read and review this one! I have never tried to put anything on Kindle (mobi by Martha above) other than downloading from amazon but I'd like to see if I can make that work! Otherwise I'll have to have pdf.
I have an ARR in Making Connections I think but wonder if I can have both or move it here? (Broken Pottery)
Thanks Tana!

Thanks everyone. I hope you enjoy. If not, well maybe you'll like my next book. ;)

My review is currently live on about 5 places :) My blog, my tumblr, here, my deviantArt page, and on Amazon (though that is done through my roommate's account as that is where my kindle is linked).

Genre: YA Urban Fantasy
The Emerald City (Osland Trilogy, #1)
Book Description
In this loose re-imagining of the Wizard of Oz, Kansas teen Gail Dorjee has tried to escape from the pain of her parents' death by retreating into a hard shell of anger and sarcasm.
When her aunt and uncle ship her off to an elite Seattle boarding school, Osland Academy, she spends her first day making enemies, including the school's most powerful clique, the Winged, and their leader, the ruthless Diana.
Social war and the school's uptight teachers are only mild annoyances. Mysterious phone outages, bizarre behavioral blocks, and strange incidents suggest Osland is focused on something much more sinister than education.
Now Gail has to survive at Osland with a pretty pathetic assortment of potential allies: her airhead roommate, a cowardly victim of the Winged, and Diana's cold but handsome boyfriend, Nick.
