Sophie | 2 comments I loved Linda Howard's Cry No more and Death Angel. Both have dangerous heroes and I loved both books a lot! I have re-read them many times which is saying something because I do not usually read books again.

Can anyone recommend books with dangerous heroes. Any genre is fine (historical , contemporary). There must be romance in it but it can be coupled with mystery, crime etc.

Thanks!

Susana (susana32) I've also read and loved "cry no more" by Linda Howard. There is a lot of books that i'm thinking but i dont know if you're interested in series or stand's alone.
Well there's a couple of books by Tami Hoag that fit that description. I'm thinking about Tami Hoag Lucky's Lady (Doucet #2) by Tami Hoag Cry Wolf (Doucet #3) by Tami Hoag and A Thin Dark Line (Doucet #4) by Tami Hoag
In series :) there's Ilona Andrews books, in the Urban Fantasy Gender: The Kate Daniels series has Curran, who is someone you dont want to mess with. the first is Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews . On her "Edge series", the second book has William, a changeling wolf Bayou Moon (The Edge, #2) by Ilona Andrews . The fever" series by karen Marie Moning has Barrons, who is...Barrons! kelley Armstrong has one of my favorites characters, Clayton Danvers, who is described as psichotic! The first is called Bitten (Women of the Otherworld, #1) by Kelley Armstrong . By Nora Roberts i love "Homeport" who features Ryan...who is a thief.
Historical Romance, i love Lisa Kleypas character Sebastian who appears in the Wallflowers series, and someone who in the first books you want to kill. His book is called Devil in Winter (Wallflowers, #3) by Lisa Kleypas . You also might want to try Anne Bishop's "Daughter of Blood" who is filled of dangerous characters. Then there's Nalini Singh series, "guild-hunter", Raphael is one mean b*! and the "psy-changeling" series. To finish there's a book called Devil's Kiss (The Hellraisers, #1) by Zoe Archer that i still havent read, but i think it features the profile. And what about Roarke, in J.D. Robb's books? Naked in Death (In Death, #1) by J.D. Robb Daughter of the Blood (The Black Jewels, #1) by Anne Bishop

Goodreads has a "Dangerous Hero Addict Support Group," whose members list many, many, many books with the kind of hero you like.
It seems that Goodreads has a group for everyone!
