GinBee (jennymbee) | 34 comments Hi everyone, I have a question. I had a book blog and have not updated it for a year and now I want to start blogging again should I:

1. Start a new blog from scratch?
2. Resurrect my old blog and give it a new lease of life?

Thanks :-)

(Hope it is okay to ask this in this folder & group!)

Judithe | 6566 comments No problem...I actually have a blog in the same state. Depending on how much work you've done on it, I'd say revamp (new template style, etc, plus throw in some reviews you've done in the meantime). BUT, which is more appealing to you? Brand new or revise?

Tessa (tessamc) | 171 comments I am NOT a blogger but I read a few. Blogs are a whole lot of work, and most of the perks I can think of I experience right here at GR. Questions to ask yourself: What made me stop? Has that changed? What would I gain by restarting?

I see some good team type blogs, where two (or more)contributors share responsibilities. There's not as much pressure, your readers get more than one POV, and your content stays fresher because reviews turn over faster.

Just some thoughts. I briefly entertained thoughts of blogging in the past. Good luck whatever you decide!

Steph (angel4492) | 32706 comments HI, Jen! You've been missed, girl! Hope you are doing well!

I have a blog (shared with Ames) that I have neglected for quite a while. I have thought of the same things you are right now, but that's about as far as I've gotten. I had to stop posting on it b/c I just don't have the time, but I'd hate to scratch all that's there.

Tessa has some great questions, ones I need to consider as well.

Good luck to ya! Let us know what you decide and be sure to post a link once you're ready to share. :)
