Barak (morbidick) | 7 comments Can someone please provide tips on how to create a book cover using a standard point and shoot camera? (in conjunction with the relevant book of course)

e.g. what size/format/other should the final image be, what software to use to convert it to such, etc

Thanks!

^ | 86 comments I'd also very much appreciate some learned info on this black art please.

I've taken a .ctg file (Canon) into MS Paint to produce a final image 372 (w) x 522 (h) pixels, with a resolution of 180 dpi; however when I upload it to the edition record the image dispalys rotated through 90 degrees.

Cheers

Barak (morbidick) | 7 comments I actually moved recently to use an antique scanner someone gave me (11 years old I think) and it works beautifully.
