Larry Seeley (lfseeley) | 82 comments We're all authors, so we're well-aware of how difficult it is to write a novel and even more difficult to get it published. I chose the route I've taken because I wanted the satisfaction of knowing that someone thought I was good enought to invest in me. I'm not sure I would do it that way again.

My third in the Jack Sloan series, The Bridge of the Americas, is in the bank, and my publisher will release it in August or September. The fourth, The Placebo Effect, is well under way. I may break off then and try to write something more literary, but it seems that authors who do that end up with treacle. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
