Oops, forgot to put the review on the other sites. Did so now. Stephen, you could generate a coupon code for free copies of the book on Smashwords so that people qualify for having "purchased" the book if you want reviews there as well.Forgive me if this has already been addressed, but I saw someone commenting that they couldn't review on Smashwords for that very reason.
