Who do you think should fall in love with the other first: the hero or heroine? In most stories, the hero is the one that falls in love with the heroine first.

True, but he refuses to acknowledge it right away. I think it should be the hero.

I must admit to being a sucker for the Guy falling for the Girl first but hiding it or struggling with it before finally being forced to face the reality of his feelings.

yup, thats me too. There is something about a strapping lad falling head over heals for a girl.
Maybe its because in reality, its usually the girls that are the ones to fall most and first.
So yeah in my lovely world of books I like the man to be the one to fall.

I like to see the hero fall in love first. It switches around the typical expectations because women are assumed to be the more emotional ones. When the hero falls, I like to see him showing the heroine that she's safe being in love with him.
