Reading "No Dominion" before "Already Dead"?

Just a quick question... I just started reading Charlie Huston's No Dominion. I didn't even know that book was a part of a series, and the first part is a book called Already Dead. Unfortunately, I don't have Already Dead. Are the two books closely linked, or can I read No Dominion first? Will I miss out on some of the details? Thanks in advance!



You can read No Dominion and, if you like it, go back to read Already Dead. The main details you miss will probably be the back story of some characters. There are a few characters that are used from book to book but the writing is done well enough for you to figure out how everyone is linked.

I'd suggest just stop reading, read something else, and read them in order. ;)

I'm actually reading book 5 right now!
