What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

hi i loved this book and want to read it again but so cant remember what its called or who wrote it. it was a thriller type book to start with a woman has a baby and die and her sister takes the baby in but some one wears a black cloak and murders people. they r after this sister and the baby. however it then turns into a love story with the woman meeting a man who takes her and the baby in and they fall in love. go on the run and find out whos behind the killings and chasing them. so sad at the end when the man get killed. help me i need to know what its called please ??? x

was reading some chris mooney at the time and tess geristen or kitty neale. would it be any book by these authors?
