Has anyone started this? I'm not feeling any real connection to this yet. Hoping it will get better.

I'm with you...i gave up. i needed something light, hence the increase in chick lit on my "currently reading" list...

I read the first paragraph earlier today. Does that count? I am going to give it a shot on the plane tomorrow.

Boy this does not leave an overwhelming desire to start this book, that's for sure!

Sorry Jason! But you might end up loving it (me too I guess, it's too early to tell.) Either way it should make for a good discussion-even if we're all talking about how much we hated it!

Still not loving it but maybe hating it a bit less. It doesn't help that it's not even divided into chapters-it's like one big run on sentence!

the lack of chapter thing kind of annoyed me too... partly because there wasn't a clean break point for me to stop reading at night.

overall, I was a bit underwhelmed by this book. I didn't like any of the characters at all.
