Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hi,
I'm new to Goodreads! So I hope I'm posting in the right place... I want to add some books to my author profile (http://www.goodreads.com/PD_Smith). However my earlier books were published under my full name (Peter D Smith) rather than the name I write under now (P.D. Smith). Is it possible to add these books to my profile? They are:

Einstein (2003) ISBN13: 9781904341147 & paperback 978-1904341154
Metaphor and Materiality: German Literature and the World-View of Science 1780-1955 (2000) ISBN 978-1900755320

Also: can I add the UK edition of my book Doomsday Men (ISBN 978-0141019154) to my profile, as well as the US edition? Only people seem to be rating it & it would be good to have them on one page.

I've added your current name as a secondary author to your older books and pointed that profile to your current author profile.

Your UK book is now combined with the other editions (it looks like a stealth librarian got it!)--

Can I ask another question: My book CITY appears twice on my author page - how do I remove one of these?

There's a bug where an author can be listed twice on a book and that causes the book to show twice on your page. I've fixed it so you're only listed once there, and it should be correct now.

I actually hope they never fix that bug (the part that makes it show up twice). It's very useful! ;)

They do keep fixing and breaking the part where authors get listed twice, though!

True. Although that's partly because when they fix it too well, it becomes impossible to add the second author when their name is too similar to the first (as happens sometimes with husband/wife and brother/sister pairs).
