Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire is always good when I need something sad to read.
Anno Dracula by Kim Newman is really cool mix of steampunk, murder mystery and hommage to 'old fandoms'.
The Dracula Tape by Fred Saberhagen will make you laugh.
And lastly something I'm reading at the moment: Wicked as They Come is much fun to read. Parallel worlds, dimensional travels and blood-drinking bunnies.

Are some of the vampire Books I enjoyed!
Also there is the Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead, WVMP Radio series by Jeri Smith Ready, Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris, Vampire Kisses by Ellen Schreiber, Vampire Diaries by L.J.Smith. These books are good too!

The series is pretty long and i've only read up to book three, but i've fallen in love with the series!
Happy reading!
