One was a kindle version and the other was an ebook edition. I combined them.

Thanks, Amanda - I added the Kindle edition, but I forgot to combine them; I was just coming here to tell Carroll that. He said it was available for Kindle but had entered only the eBook version, so I added the Kindle version. Sorry for the confusion, Carroll, and thanks for the combine, Amanda!
