can you please help me remember some books I read a million years ago?
One was a about a Harvard graduate psychiatrist who cheats on his wife. I don't remember if he had an affair with a patient or if his wife was a patient.
The other one features a lady with tuberculosis as the protagonist. She catches the disease answering the door during wintertime and the rest of the story describes her stay at the hospital. I remember a specific passage where she wonders if a male doctor is being too vain about his beautiful blue eyes.
I suppose this isn't much to go on but I would be very glad if someone could help me.
