Missyb | 221 comments I think after 14 or 15 days the book is going back to you. If you're trying to "clean" your Nook you might want to 'remove from home' the books you've read instead of lending them, if your intent is to "clean".

It is really nice of you to offer to lend these to others to read

Joy | 87 comments any books I have read I put in the archive section. If I also happen to put books there I haven't read yet, and if they are lendme books, will they be seen by friends wanting to borrow them? Or should I pull out all lendme books in my archive?

SheLove2Read (sherrih95) I'm pretty sure that if you have it anywhere in your BN library, it's going to show up for your friends.

Yes, the books you archive will still be lendable, unless you have lent them already or you hide them.

Karen (2noelle) Hi Joy,

Do you have a NookColor, if so, on your NC:

Go to your library
hit "my stuff", press
lendme, then press
borrow books from friends with lendme at the top, then press privacy.
A list of your lendme books will appear with the option of hiding it or not. I usually hide something if I want to lend it to a particular person since, for some reason, we can loan our books to but one other person :(
I don't have my NST with me, so if you have that instead of a NC, then I will have to post again, I don't think I've ever done it on there anyway, but I'll have a look.

Most of the books in my library are archived, unless I'm currently reading it. I've lent right from my archive and it's been downloaded and returned with no problem. Thanks for the information :)
