Lobstergirl Ugh. There has to be a better way of doing this. An easy solution would be to put all the author works on one page. For some reason, they are spread out onto lots of pages.

Take author "Richard Wagner", famous 19th century composer. It would be nice to disambig all of the 20th century software books and "Christianity for Dummies" on his profile, but they are spread throughout 7 pages of works. You have to create a new author name and disambiguate each page individually. Then, when you get to page 2, with your "dummy" author name you're using to disambig, it tells you "An author with that name already exists." Yes, I know! I just created it! In an attempt to lump all these non-music books together!

I give up....too labor intensive, until the system is redesigned to make this easier. The other option is to do the Richard^^Wagner edit on each book individually. But it would really be so much faster if all the author's works could be on one page.
