Hi! My name is Kim, and I am the new Moderator for the group! I want to help to make this group successful, so I would love to hear from any members with ideas and/or suggestions. Since GR Bookswap is gone, we need to try to let members know there are other sites to use. Hope to hear from all of you very soon!! :)

Sorry I didn't see this message earlier. I've used it for a long while and have traded about a dozen books or so. I think part of the problem has been an increase in shipping costs recently, particularly overseas. But if people take the initial steps to help out others, then they can use the extra points to get more books themselves.

I've been on GR and Bookmooch for years, but never thought to see if there was a group here... duh!

I live in Italy and do most of my mooching overseas, as the number of English books to mooch in Italy is pretty low. My tastes are not at all mainstream (sorry, no Da Vinci Code or Hunger Games!) but I generally have very good luck finding and sending books, so Bookmooch keeps me happy.

I've noticed that there has been very little activity there recently, which pains me... I am always looking for people who are willing to send to me here in Italy, so update your inventories, everyone!

I've had a good deal of success with BookMooch, but sadly my inventory is empty at the moment due to trades.
