Children's Books discussion

I'm looking for some books about kids having their tonsils out to introduce the topic to my 6 year old daughter in a non-scary way. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

There is one really negative and compelling review for that book. I'd check it out, Lee. Too bad. I like this family's books. I'm sure there are also other books out there.

Yes, Maggie is having them out. She's a bit scared, especially after having had some not so positive experiences in the hospital last year.
