Hello everyone! I haven't read through all 29 pages of introductions, but I see many familiar names. I am a big fan of the "In Death" series. I finished Survivor in Death tonight and decided to check out this group. I see that you are planning on reading Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooters series next year. I keep saying I'm going to read that series, but never had time to start it. Now I'll have a reason to read it with the group.

Hi everyone! Kirsten convinced me last month to give the In Death series a try and I really love it. This week I got the 5th book from my online library and than I have to wait another three weeks(!) for the next two - how can they do it :-(
So you see I totally hooked. Since it's really late here in Germany I didn't check who I know but from the looks of this page only it already fells like home :-)

I'm Venus, you can call me Vee! I don't think I was able to do this when I joined the group April of last year. Since we are all starting the in death series again, I am so excited that finally I'll be able to discuss all the things I like about the series having the same pace with you all. I am currently on the 37th book but I am happy to go back to all the firsts again.

Earlier I watched the Kingsman and it reminded me so much of Delusion in Death, I was like, "Oh, JD Robb's a genius."

Elaine (new) I've been a fan of ID almost as long as it's been around. I was in the USAF and I moved a lot so most of my books were paperback due to weight. I have the first part of the series in PB. I taught school (band) for 6.5 years, then joined the AF. I retired in 1997 as a Lt Col. Since then, I've just been (sort of) enjoying retirement. I turned 69 just before Christmas and don't get around like I used to. Reading is my passion and has been since I picked up my first book at 6 yo. My character is Roark. I wish there was more information about him in the books, such as his first name. He's my fantasy man!

Hi Elaine. Happy to have you joining us. I also first read the ID books in paperback. While I always read them on Kindle or via Audio now, I still treasure my set of the paperbacks.

Hi, I'm Pam and I've been reading the In Death series for about 10 years. A friend introduced me to them when I went to visit her on vacation. I'm really happy to see I'm not the only person who keeps and re-reads the books. I've read all of them except Brotherhood--which should be on my doorstep tomorrow.
