J.D. Robb discussion

Hello everyone. My name is Christina (but I go by Chrissy.) I have just recently started reading the "In Death" series (no idea why it took me so long to find it!) As of today I am up to "Holiday in Death" (I know, so far behind lol) But I am devouring book after book at a steady pace.

I just found this site from a friend from "In Death,net," which I've been a member of for years. I am really excited to find a new discussion group. My name is Susan, I am a real estate broker in NYC and have been reading and loving ID since Naked came out. Am hoping to reconnect with several of the members from the old site who have joined Goodreads and although I am not great on the computer (am not on any social media sites either), I hope to be able to join in the discussion. Hello everyone, I'm Paula. I am a huge J.D. Robb fan. I love the series since I discovered it many years ago. I think I've read most of them. I will most likely start all over again in the near future. As soon as I learn the title of the newest book I put in my request at the library. Hoping to join in on some great conversations.

Hello! My name is Carly and I just love this series.

My first In Death book was Immortal in Death.

I had never heard of J.D Robb at the time to be honest, so I bought the book in the airport because it was a crime novel and I loved the front cover! Two pages later I was hooked and started looking for others in the series.

The audio-books are brilliant! Sometimes you can love the book and absolutely hate the audio version, but Susan is just terrific!

I have now, through one medium or another read virtually all the books in the series. I am so looking forward to Apprentice in Death!

It is fantastic to find others who like talking about the world of Lieutenant Eve Dallas!

I read a lot, and enjoy Nora, who doesen't? The word futuristic kept me from starting the in death series. I am on my fourth re-read now. Can't wait for twice a year---miss these characters. (Don't re-read anything else, and I have lots of good stuff waiting)
There is always something new. I thank this group for pointing out one novella I had somehow missed, and the narration, which I am trying and enjoying...

Hi! I'm Jeanette. I first started reading Nora Roberts books in 2003 when a co-worker gave me Birthright. From then on, I was hooked. I, then, started reading the J.D. Robb In Death Series. My only problem being that it has been extremely difficult for me to catch up! She keeps adding them (Thank goodness!). Currently, I am up to Reunion In Death. I started all the way back from the beginning as I had taken a break from reading.

Peabody is one of my faves! I find the dynamic between her and Eve hilarious and refreshing. :-)

Welcome Jeanette! I was also a Nora reader prior to reading In Death. I devoured everyone of NR's books I could get my hands on. Ditto In Death...currently on my 3rd complete reread.
