Thank you. I'm grateful for the Wiki, with their breakdowns of each chapter, in case I forget something of significance.
I'm aware that the character arcs connect, more than the plots, but I still want everything fresh and in order, for when I resume reading.

I’ve read Nora Robert for as long as I can remember. Not sure how I started JD Robb, but I got most of the books from my church book sale around 2010. I would buy paperback for $.50, I started and then my husband also got hooked. Then return them so someone else could read. I now get them from my library as they are released. I think there are a few I’ve missed, and will eventually find them, especially the novellas. This is the 1st series I had to track which ones I’ve read, started as excel spreadsheets, but Goodreads is a great resource for tracking and reviews.

Goodreads is my only source for tracking my books. I cannot do it better😏 I’ve learned a lot about how to do things on this site so that helps.

Hi. I'm Maureen. New to goodreads but not JD Robb/Nora Roberts. Been reading the In Death series for almost 20 years after finding a book in a condo my parents rented. I re-read a lot of them as the mood strikes me. Haven't yet read Payback. I try to wait for the paperback or a good price on Thriftbooks. My ultimate favorite thus far is Secrets.

Hi, my name is Shannon. How I became a J.D Robb fan is when I decided to read one because all the hype people talked about her. I am on book 17 Seduction in Death. I am an avid reader. I love Motorcycle Club romantic suspense, Military/Security and Suspense/Thrillers books. I love to discuss books and sometimes I like to rant about something in the book that drove me crazy. Hi group, I'm Danielle 😊

Just hopped back on the In Death train after a 5 year hiatus where my only reading was for working on my Bachelor's degree 🎓 Needless to say, no time for pleasure reading. I'm getting ready to turn 55 and working full time, but have managed to squeeze in 5 In Death books in the last couple of months. Just started Salvation in Death last night.

I have a favor to ask this group: I bought Promises in Death used online and discovered what I think might be the last page of the book ripped out. Could someone post the last 7 words or so I can see if the book is complete before I start reading it? Thank you in advance and nice to "meet" you!

Hi gang! I'm Kelly. I didn't start reading these books until 2004/2005. I was in a used book store and looking for something different from horror or straight romance. I had worked in a Waldenbooks store in the 90s and remembered how popular the ID books were so I thought I'd give them a try. I picked up Imitation because I'm a sucker for anything Jack the Ripper.

I got to the scene where Roarke and Dallas are in the kitchen having sex and thought ok, I NEED to put this down and get the others in the series. I went back to the UBS and picked up the rest of the books. I haven't looked back since lol.

Until Shadows ID I reread the whole series twice a year (I'm disabled and have the time) but I just couldn't keep up with other books I wanted to read. So now I just reread once a year.

I'm glad that I found this group of diehard fans and new fans too!
