Run a mile. I hate hate hate push-ups.

WYR run distance or sprints?

Sprints.

WYR play basketball or baseball?

Baseball...well really it depends who I would be playing against...but yeah I suck at sports but I'm less likely to be trampled in baseball.

WYR Have to lift a really heavy object five meters or run 1 kilometer. No stopping is allowed on either.

Well, we don't use the meter/km/etc. system, so I just looked it up. They both don't seem so bad, and we run the mile a lot in PE {comparing to a kilometer..} so I'd say run a kilometer. Which is like .6 some. Which is like 3 laps on the track. At least I think so.
