Sunpenny Publishing | 1 comments For an excellent sailing book why not try Far Out by Corinna Weyreter. This is a captivating, disarmingly honest account of the physical and spiritual challenges encountered on an epic journey born from a dream of escape from corporate life.

It is a story of getting on with realising ones dreams and not letting accepted normality get in the way. She writes in a style of a Diary without dates - very refreshing whilst still leading you chronologically through the journey.

Just finished this, thanks for the recommendation Sunpenny. I enjoyed it, the author definitely brings more personality to the pages than you generally get from sailing journals.

I just finished reading Clare Allcard's "Gypsy LIfe." I found this to be a great sailing story. I posted a review with some more details. Now on to more adventure books!
