If I have a Sugar Sync and Calibre, and then I buy a book, say from Barnes and Noble or Amazon, how can I get that purchased book to my Sugar Sync account so that I can share it with other people?

from your computer you post into into the folder that interfaces with sugarsync.

For Amazon alone (I don't know how B&N works at all) the books will mostly be DRM protected so you won't be able to share them!
