Which authors do you find yourself turning to time after time?

Shawn MacKenzie (pogopaws) | 5 comments There are so many--depending on mood, need, or whim... C.S.Lewis, definitely. Douglas Adams, Richard Adams, Joseph Campbell, Heinlein, Larry Niven, Chekhov, Shakespeare, Flannery O'Conner, M.Z.Bradley, Yeats....For a start. :)

Curiously, not as many women writers as I would like.

C.S. Lewis and George MacDonald are both among my favorites. I also like Ray Bradbury, Dean Koontz, Thomas Hardy, Louis Lamour, and many others. It depends a great deal on my mood.

Angel Graham (angel_graham) C.S. Lewis is a definite one. Also, quite a few NF authors. I do enjoy a good Dean Koontz, Michael Crichton and the like. Also, Kate Pearce, Gemma Halliday have become to favorites of mine.

Diana Hunter (dianahunter) | 3 comments Sorry, coming late to the discussion. I agree with Shawn in nameing Shakespeare. He'd be my top favorite. Belva, Bradbury is also on my list. I'd add JRR Tolkien and Jane Austen as well. :)
