Jenetta | 4 comments I couldn't believe it when Christina said was the leader for the resistance, but I think it is a good thing because they are going to need all the help they can get, when they try to over throw her dad.. I wonder what is going to happen between Dulcie and Knight! I so can't wait to see what is going to happen!

Olivia Martinez | 12 comments I can only hope Knight grovels for forgiveness, what a jerk he turned out to be!

Oh! Olivia I was so bothered by the end of that book! Everyone seems to be okay with Knight right now but I am sooo mad at him, he acted like such a jerk at the end. He has alot of making up to do.

Jeanie Jackson I think it is breaking his heart to act that way, but if he doesn't play it straight now, even HP couldn't guide him to helping Dulcie in the next book.

Yea, I guess it just bothered me that he seemed to sleep with her and then say, this changes nothing. I don't know, I think the scene just really hurt my opinion of Knight to do that when Dulcie kept saying she didn't want to do that but he pushed her anyway. JMO

Olivia Martinez | 12 comments I bet it ends in a cliffhanger, lol. I love the endings, but I can't stand the wait until a new book comes out!

Maya | 8 comments As cliffhangers goes this one was not so bad. What left me spitting fire was the way Knight treated Dulcie. After everything she went thru to "protect" him he treated her so callously.
I understand he was angry, hurt and felling betrayed. But the angry sex was not necessary. It made everything they feel for each other cheap.
My opinion of him has lowered considerably. He knew who her father was and I questioned everything he did since meeting her.

Completely agree Maya! I was sooooo bothered by his behavior at the end of the last book. Your words really hit the nail on the head for me!

Marlene (radio02head) | 9 comments I was so mad really you say you love her but then treat her so bad. Yes your hurt but he should know that she would never to anything that bad boo to knight. Hope they get back together but she better make him work for it.

Kim | 3 comments I was so angry with Knight and it totally serves him right to find out that what she was saying is the truth. I'm not sure about this Christina, she still seems so shady! I cannot wait for the next book and am currently working on getting my bestie hooked on HP too!

Latrice | 1 comments I agree with everyone on the ending, where's the trust Knight .

Once your bestie gets into the series, tell your bestie to get on goodreads with us! Btw, I think the first Jolie book is still free on Amazon.com

Marcia (marcygold) The end of the book serves Dulcie right for holding secrets and doing her own thing, just as she has done in books 1-3. She never acts like Knight is her lover AND partner in life Am I disappointed in Knight? YES!! Should Dulcie forgive him? Maybe, if he grovels and begs and works his mojo on her. I love that Loki. I love Dulcie and Knight. I don't think there is anything real with Bram, even though I just know he will be there to scoop her up and try to make her feel better. She is vulnerable and so she will let him. I am really most interested in the dynamic forming in Dulcie's relationship with her dad. I just cannot wait to read book 5!

Andrea (dre1133) | 11 comments Agreed Marcia

Tess | 3 comments The ending left me literally saying NO! out loud when Christina revealed she was the leader of the Resistance and realized I had no more pages left. My hubby looked at me like I was possessed :/

As for Knight... wow he screwed up. Didn't he just save her from basically the same situation right before he arrested her?! "His expression was unreadable. He actually wouldn't even look at me." As the three of them stood there. I would have paid to hear his thoughts as he unlocked the cell door!!
