Richard | 221 comments While doing my inventory I came across a copy of this: Merlin's Mirror. It dumps the whole ancient alien tech spin on the magic in the Arthurian legends.

Richard | 221 comments When you need something to get this one out of your head, I'd recommend The High Kings.

Kev (sporadicreviews) | 667 comments Yeah, there was a series awhile back by Bob Mayer (or one of his pseudonyms), the Area 51 series, where he pretty much included absolutely everything as part of an ancient alien war: Area 51, Crystal Skulls, vampires, King Arthur and Merlin and the Holy Grail, the Spear of Destiny, ancient chinese emperors, the face on Mars, the original Jewish priests' accoutrements, etc.

Fun series, but falls very much into the "fluff" category of SF.

He had a separate "Atlantis" series that included all the stuff he didn't weave into the Area 51 series.

This looks like fun. My "To Read" list just grew again.
