Indie Book Club discussion

I'm finishing up my first novel (it's with my editor now) and would like to get some feedback before I publish. I'm looking for a few beta readers, if anyone has time and is interested. Thank you.

Just wondering what kind of time frame you are looking at, also what is an estimated word count?

Hi Scott! I'm going to try to have everything ready to publish by the end of August, but I understand that it might take a little longer to get the beta reads back. If I could have them back by the beginning of August, I think that should give me enough time to go through it with my editor.

Here are some more details on the book: The novel is about 240K. I'm looking for general feedback (story, plot, characters). I know it still has grammatical errors, since it is also with my editor right now, but I need to know how the story flows, is it enjoyable, and if it's too slow or too fast in places. I can provide a PDF of the book, though it is as of yet unformatted (editor is doing formatting as well).

Sounds like an interesting book, but I can't commit to anything else in that time frame right now. I am super booked for the next two months and I don't want to overbook and let someone down.
