Chicks On Lit discussion

I have set myself the task of reading one magic realism book a week for a year and reviewing it. I know I won't stick to my task if I don't tell people about it, so here goes. I will also try and do the monthly read if I can, but sorry fellow Chicks this challenge comes first. Of course if the monthly read is also a magic realism book then that would be excellent.
